Frequently Asked Questions

To start the project, we need the following:

  • Technical drawing of the part in PDF, JPG, PNG or other accessible formats;
  • Digital technical documentation in specific formats such as DXF, DWG, STEP, etc.

In order to calculate the price offer, we need the complete documentation in one of the above mentioned formats so that we can determine the execution times. The quotation will be sent by email or other agreed means of communication.

The quotation will be issued as soon as possible. Depending on the complexity of the project, it may take between 5 and 10 working days.

The orders are made on the basis of a firm order, transmitted by email or other agreed means, together with the necessary technical documentation, in compliance with the legislation in force.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and the payment term is negotiable, depending on the order value.

Delivery can be made according to order volume:

  • Personal pickup by by the customer.
  • Dispatch by courier,with payment at destination.
  • We organize transportationwith the agreement of the beneficiary on the transportation and packaging costs, which will be included in the final invoice.

These conditions can be adapted according to the client’s needs and project specifics.
